After three PC crashes and lost documents, I use Dropbox both for backup and for working directly in it.
No more files on my computer or desktop. All my active files--workshop materials, private client work, information products--are in Dropbox and stay there. Now, you can use the Microsoft Office suite within Dropbox!
Plus, I can access the documents I need anywhere on any device. No more need to carry flashdrives.
